  • Setting up new internet connections or upgrading routers.
  • Tutorial time for learning how to edit and manage your website.

Hosting your website with us truly does give you somebody to turn to anytime you need help with anything. No other web hosting company go as many extra miles as we do.

Any requirements:

  • Call-out charges apply if needed on-site.
  • You can use this support time only for yourself.
  • You must have the accompanying domain with us.
  • Your UK web hosting must be paid for annually.
  • Support is provided by on-site, remote desktop, telephone or support ticket.
  • 1-hour labour per-shared slice of hosting, per 12-month period.

Reseller Hosting

Complete I.T Support for reseller web hosting customers

As well as unlimited amounts of free support for your reseller web hosting, every reseller web hosting customer is entitled to additional I.T support for any issue they have that is not related to their reseller web hosting.

This can be for anything at all such as:

  • Installing or repairing printers.
  • Installing or updating antivirus.
  • Office networking & troubleshooting.
  • Finding a new computer to purchase.
  • Repairing Laptops, PCs (Not Apple Macs).
  • Setting up new internet connections or upgrading routers.
  • Tutorial time for learning how to edit and manage your website.
  • WHM Reseller tutorial time for managing clients’ hosting packages.

Hosting your client’s websites with us truly does give you somebody to turn to anytime you need help with anything. No other web hosting company go as many extra miles as we do for their resellers.

Any requirements:

  • Call-out charges apply if needed on-site.
  • You can use this support time only for yourself.
  • You must have the accompanying reseller domain with us.
  • Your reseller web hosting must be paid for by Direct Debit.
  • Support is provided by on-site, remote desktop, telephone or support ticket.
  • 2 hours labour per-reseller slice of hosting, per-12 month period.

Cloud Servers

As well as unlimited amounts of free support for your cloud hosting, every cloud hosting customer is entitled to additional I.T support for any issue they have that is not related to their cloud hosting.

This can be for anything at all such as:

  • Installing or repairing printers.
  • Installing or updating antivirus.
  • Office networking & troubleshooting.
  • Finding a new computer to purchase.
  • Repairing Laptops, PC’s (Not Apple Macs).
  • Setting up new internet connections or upgrading routers.
  • Tutorial time for learning how to edit and manage your website.
  • WHM Tutorial time for learning how to manage hosting plans & packages.

Hosting your VPS Cloud server with us truly does give you somebody to turn to anytime you need help with anything. No other web hosting company go as many extra miles as we do.

  • You must have the accompanying cloud domain with us.
  • Your cloud hosting must not have any late payments.
  • Support is provided by on-site, remote desktop, telephone or support ticket.
  • 5 hours Any-IT per-cloud slice of hosting, per-12 month period.

Dedicated Servers

As well as unlimited amounts of free support for your dedicated server, every dedicated server customer is entitled to plenty of additional I.T support for any issue they have that is not related to their dedicated server.

This can be for anything at all such as:

  • Installing or repairing printers.
  • Installing or updating antivirus.
  • Office networking & troubleshooting.
  • Finding a new computer to purchase.
  • Repairing Laptops, PC’s (Not Apple Macs).
  • Setting up new internet connections or upgrading routers.
  • Tutorial time for learning how to edit and manage your website.
  • WHM Tutorial time for learning how to manage hosting on your server(s).

Hosting a dedicated server with us truly does give you somebody to turn to anytime you need help with anything. No other web hosting company go as many extra miles as we do.

Any requirements:

  • Call outs charges apply if needed on-site.
  • You can use this support time only for yourself.
  • You must have the accompanying domain with us.
  • Your dedicated server must not have any late payments.
  • Support is provided by on-site, remote desktop, telephone or support ticket.
  • 10 hours ANY-I.T labour per-dedicated server, per-12 month period.
  • 1 Free Laptop or PC repair per 12 Month period. (Labour only).

Additional ad-hoc hours are £25 per-hour.
