Based on a recommendation from a business colleague, I recently joined WESH UK.
All I can say: is service and support are second to none – and that means I never had a better support service from any other (“so-called”) IT “specialist”!

Handling of server maintenance and upgrades is always very professional and has not been disruptive. Response to support tickets is prompt, and for urgent enquiries, there is a phone line too. I had been hosting most of my domains and my website through Host Gator and really wanted someone in the UK I could talk to if the need arose. I’m not particularly au fait with how all that ‘website/domain stuff’ works so to have someone on hand and easily contactable is a real bonus for me.
WESH transferred all my domains so they’re all now in one place and set everything up quickly and with zero fuss. Richard has also spent significant time with me attempting to explain a whole raft of techie stuff without ever once running out of patience. I always receive a quick response to any enquiry and he’s also saved me a few quid too. Being a business owner there are times when technology doesn’t go to plan or play ball. Knowing you have Rich, with his expertise, knowledge, support, patience and ‘sense of humour’ at the end of the line, takes all the stress away.
Rich takes on board all the techy stuff behind the scenes that frankly no one understands and just sorts and deals with it with consummate ease and professionalism.

I have now been with Wesh for about 6 years. In this time I have had numerous websites, sometimes closing them a few months after opening my account in my search for a concrete online business.
In this time I have never had any downtime on any one of my sites. Due to my constant activity on numerous sites, I have had plenty of use for the support system! I’m on holiday… in a completely different time zone and I have a broken finger … and limited access to the internet … and our website goes all wonky and weird… now imagine the Ghostbusters theme tune…. who you gonna call? (well contact via their online customer service dept at 1am UK time)…..
WESH! I am so grateful. WESH as usual dealt with my problem amazingly quickly, really helpfully and in the middle of the night, and in my opinion their service is absolutely fantastic, they realised I am limited to what I can do where I am currently and they took control and sorted everything.

We have used WESH to host our PHP5 website for a few years During this time we have had an excellent and consistent service. On the rare occasion that I’ve had to raise a support ticket, it has always been answered quickly and efficiently. In summary, I would definitely recommend WESH to others and I would still be using them if we didn’t already have a dedicated server.
Despite being a small ISP, I have never had any downtime, and the support is very helpful. Good service without a doubt, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I’d never heard of WESH UK until finding them on a web forum and I really can’t praise them highly enough. Great value for money and fast response times to my (often uneducated) questions.
What more can I say for WESH UK? If you are looking for affordable hosting with excellent service, then you can’t ask for more than WESH UK. Rackspace offer the best solutions for large enterprises however for the small/medium business then WESH UK is my first choice.
Transferred from another domain hosting company. WESH UK’s customer service is in a different league with real people on the end of the phone who know about their products and services; a real feel-good factor in this day of computer-generated help pages and ‘press 3 for this service’ etc.
