Our Reseller Assurance Programme is your safety net if life goes wrong

Reseller Assurance Programme

Your clients have someone to turn to.

When you look after your clients’ hosting, they depend on you. But illness, a hospital stay or an unexpected emergency can leave you unable to answer. Our Reseller Assurance Programme gives them a route to help when they can’t reach you.

  • You remain their first point of contact. You manage your clients and their hosting, with our support behind you.
  • We’ll try to reach you first. If one of your clients contacts us because you’re unavailable, we’ll attempt to get in touch with you before stepping in.
  • If we can’t reach you, we’ll help directly. Your client can speak to us about their hosting problem, with someone ready to help them work out what happens next.
  • A clear route back to us. We use identifiable WESH UK nameservers rather than anonymous, white-label DNS. This gives your clients a way to identify their hosting provider and contact us for help if they can’t reach you.

It doesn’t have to be a permanent absence. Sometimes you just need time to recover, knowing your clients have someone to call.

Want to talk through how this would work for your business? Let’s have a quick chat about your clients, your setup and the support you need.

Web Host Manager in a simplistic form for UK reseller web hosting

WEB HOST MANAGER

Your clients. Your packages. Your prices.

Web Host Manager (WHM) is where you organise your clients’ hosting. Create your own packages, decide what to include and manage their individual cPanel accounts from one place.

Build packages that suit your clients. Set storage and monthly traffic allowances, choose which features are available and decide what you charge.
Give each client their own account. Create separate cPanel accounts with individual logins, so clients can manage their own websites and email when they need to.
Keep an eye on capacity. Check account usage and adjust hosting packages as your clients’ needs change, within your reseller allowance.

New to WHM? Your personal onboarding includes a walk-through to help you set up your packages and get comfortable with the controls.

CPANEL – THE CLIENT INTERFACE

Give every client their own space.

Each client gets their own cPanel login, with everyday hosting tools in one place. They can look after their website and email themselves, or leave the day-to-day management to you.

  • Keep website essentials together. Manage website files, domains and databases through one control panel.
  • Put clients in control of their email. Create mailboxes, set up forwarders and add out-of-office replies without asking you to make every change.
  • Get new websites started. Install WordPress and other applications through Softaculous, without manually uploading installation files.

You choose the tools available through your hosting packages, while keeping access through WHM whenever a client needs a hand.

Secure PCI Compliant Reseller Hosting in the UK backed up twice a day.

BACKUPS – PCI COMPLIANCE – SECURITY – SSL

Protection built into your hosting.

Looking after client websites means looking after their data too. Account isolation, free SSL and daily backups give you practical protection, with recovery options when something goes wrong.

  • Keep accounts safely separated. CloudLinux isolates each cPanel account, helping prevent problems in one account from affecting neighbouring clients.
  • Encrypt your clients’ website connections. Free SSL certificates protect data travelling between their websites and visitors. Our servers are also PCI-compliant.
  • Recover from mistakes and mishaps. Twice-daily Acronis backups cover each full cPanel account and are stored offsite, with 14 days of recovery points. Restore through cPanel, or contact us for help with a full account recovery.

Accidental deletion or hacked websites don’t mean starting again. You have a way back, and we’re here to help if you get stuck.

YOUR PERSONAL ONBOARDING

A proper introduction, with help afterwards.

You don’t have to figure everything out yourself. Your reseller hosting includes up to two hours of personal onboarding, helping you get comfortable with WHM and cPanel before you get busy looking after clients.

  • Get familiar with the controls. We’ll walk you through creating packages, setting up accounts and finding the tools you’ll use most.
  • Make it relevant to your business. Ask questions as we go, with practical guidance based on your clients and how you want to manage their hosting.
  • Get help beyond the introduction. Our support is available from 8am to midnight, seven days a week, by ticket, telephone and WhatsApp.

You look after your clients. We’re here to help you feel confident looking after their hosting.

What is Reseller Web Hosting? Is it right for me?

It can be difficult to know if the long term commitment of a reseller web hosting setup is the right choice for you.

Reseller web hosting is perfect for website designers or webmasters who own many websites and want to retain full control of each website. You can keep each website isolated from others, providing independent control panels for each hosted account, giving you or your customers the ownership they need of their web hosting.

Reseller hosting FAQs

Your hosting business, your way, but you don’t have to work everything out on your own.

Whether you’re moving existing clients or setting up your first hosting packages, these answers explain how the slices work, what you can manage and where our support fits in.

Got a question about your own setup? Tell us what you’re planning. We’ll help you work out whether WESH UK is a good fit.

Choose enough slices for your number of cPanel accounts, total storage and monthly traffic, with some room to grow.

Each slice includes 10 cPanel accounts, 10GB of storage and 20GB of monthly traffic. For example, 15 accounts using a combined total of 12GB of storage and 30GB of monthly traffic would need two slices.

Storage includes your clients’ website files, email and databases.

Yes. You can increase your reseller hosting up to 10 slices, giving you capacity for 100 cPanel accounts, 100GB of storage and 200GB of monthly traffic and still avoid the costs and learning curves of a dedicated server.

Each additional slice adds capacity to your existing reseller account, so you can grow without moving your clients into a separate reseller package.

Yes. Each individual cPanel account can use up to 100% of one CPU core and 1GB RAM. Your clients don’t share a single 1GB allowance between them.

These are usage limits on shared servers, rather than dedicated hardware. Adding reseller slices increases your account capacity, storage and traffic; it does not increase the CPU or RAM limit of individual cPanel accounts.

Absolutely. Use WHM to create hosting packages with storage, monthly traffic and available features suited to your clients, within your reseller allowance.

You decide what to charge and how to present your services. WHM manages the hosting accounts and packages; you handle your customer billing separately.

No selling required. Reseller hosting can also suit web designers managing client websites, or business owners with multiple websites who want separate hosting accounts for different businesses.

Each account has its own cPanel login and resource limits, while you manage them together through WHM.

Get in touch before ordering and tell us which control panel you currently use, how many accounts you need to move and roughly how much storage they use.

We’ll help you work out the migration options, any costs and the steps involved, including what needs to happen to websites, email and DNS.

You remain your clients’ point of contact. We support you with your reseller hosting, so you have someone to turn to when you need a hand.

If you become unavailable and a client cannot reach you, our Reseller Assurance Programme gives them a route to help. We’ll try to contact you first. If we can’t reach you, we’ll help the client directly with their hosting problem.

This can cover temporary situations, such as illness or a hospital stay, as well as longer or permanent absences.

We use identifiable WESH UK name-servers rather than anonymous, white-label DNS.

This is part of our Reseller Assurance Programme: it gives your clients a way to identify us and find help if they cannot reach you. You still create your own hosting packages, choose your prices and manage your customer relationships.

You don’t need to know your way around WHM before getting started. Your reseller hosting includes up to two hours of personal onboarding, covering WHM and cPanel.

We’ll help you get familiar with creating packages, setting up accounts and managing your clients’ hosting. Afterwards, support is available from 8am to midnight, seven days a week, by ticket, telephone and WhatsApp.

No. All reseller hosting prices shown on this page exclude VAT.

Each slice costs £20 per month plus VAT. The selector shows the monthly cost of your chosen slices before VAT, which is added at checkout.
