Reseller Hosting
Reseller Hosting is designed for people and businesses that host websites on behalf of their customers.
We support you, and you support your customers.
Your customers, employees and contractors don’t contact WESH UK directly for support. If something needs our help, you raise it with us, and we’ll help you get it sorted.
Each Reseller Hosting slice includes 1 hour of remote desktop support per year for the reseller account holder, provided their own business website and domain name are also with us.
You’ll also receive a detailed onboarding and training session when you get started, so you understand how to manage your reseller hosting and support your own customers confidently.
1 slice = 1 hour per year
2 slices = 2 hours per year
4 slices = 4 hours per year
That keeps the support relationship clear and is one of the ways we can keep Reseller Hosting affordable.
You still get the technical support and advice you need to run your Reseller Hosting account. Each slice also includes up to 1 hour of reactive remote desktop support per year for the reseller account holder, provided your own business website and domain name are both with us.
Cloud Hosting
Cloud Hosting gives you your own server environment, while still giving you access to the support and advice you’d expect from WESH UK.
If your own business website and domain name are both with us, you can also use your hosting entitlement for help with everyday IT problems outside the server itself.
Each Cloud Hosting slice includes 1 hour of reactive remote desktop support per year for the account holder.
You can still contact us whenever you need advice or technical support with your Cloud Hosting. The included hour is specifically for hands-on remote desktop assistance with your wider IT.

Dedicated Servers
A Dedicated Server gives you an entire physical server for your own websites, applications or projects, with WESH UK there to help with the hosting side when you need us.
If your own business website and domain name are both with us, the account holder also receives our complimentary wider IT support benefit.
Each Dedicated Server includes 1 hour of reactive remote desktop support per year for the account holder.
That hour can be used for hands-on help with everyday IT problems outside the server itself, while support and advice relating directly to your Dedicated Server remain part of your normal hosting support.

2 servers = 2 hours per year

That’s exactly why we use our slice system. You can add more resources as you need them rather than paying for a much bigger package from day one. If your requirements eventually need a different type of hosting, we’ll help you work that out too.
No, deliberately. “Unlimited” hosting still has limits somewhere. We’d rather tell you what you’re actually getting, keep plenty of room available on our servers and let you increase your hosting when you genuinely need to.
Yes. Support for your WESH UK hosting is part of the service. And when your own business website and domain name are both with us, the account holder can also receive wider everyday IT help. Like having your own personal IT department. The amount of included remote desktop support depends on the hosting you have.
