SILVER DIGITAL MARKETING PLAN
Track up to 100 search terms across desktop and mobile.
Twelve hours each quarter for visibility tracking, SEO, research and agreed improvements, with room for strategic advice when you need it.
Silver suits established businesses selling online, reaching beyond their local area or needing more regular content. It provides more time for businesses whose websites and marketing needs have outgrown the basics.
Your customers may come from nearby, across your region or further afield through your online shop. Product pages, service information and useful content all need attention to help them find and choose you.
Silver gives us more time to investigate problems and improve your online presence, with priorities agreed around your customers and workload.
Your business may be well established, but your website might not reflect the quality of what you sell. Outdated pages and years without useful new content can leave potential customers with unanswered questions.
If you lack the time or staff to put that right, Silver provides more scope for us to write, improve and optimise content around your products, services and customers’ needs.
Silver provides more scope to strengthen your visibility and address content gaps, whether your customers are local or further afield. Progress depends on your starting point, competition and the work involved.
Large product catalogues, extensive content libraries or complex marketing integrations may need Gold or Platinum’s greater time allowance.
Silver includes twelve hours of support per quarter. Your first three months establish your starting point and marketing priorities; from month four, the allowance covers ongoing audits and fixes, focused proactive work and any agreed strategy sessions.
Your first quarter’s twelve hours are dedicated entirely to research and analysis.
We audit your wider online presence, investigate competitors and research the search terms and questions your potential customers use when looking for your products or services.
We establish ranking and activity baselines, identify gaps in your content and recommend where to focus your allowance.
Together, we agree the priorities to tackle from your second quarter.
Each quarter includes three hours spread monthly for monitoring, audit updates and fixes, plus nine hours for agreed proactive work and strategy sessions.
We group proactive work into a focused block to make efficient use of your time, covering on-site and off-site priorities.
Where useful, we can agree up to three hours of strategy sessions per quarter. These use part of the nine-hour allowance; when no session is needed, all nine hours are available for practical work.
We explain what fits within your allowance and flag anything needing more time.
SEO and online visibility remain at the heart of Silver. Following your first quarter’s research, your proactive allowance can cover the work below, from improving product pages to creating useful content and addressing marketing problems.
We agree on priorities around your business’s needs. These are examples of how we can use your time, rather than a checklist completed every quarter.
Setting up and managing Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile and Google Cloud tools, including spam and fraud protection for your website.
On-site and off-site SEO, improving visibility and domain authority, and making your website accessible to search engines and AI crawlers where technically possible.
Writing useful blog posts, product descriptions and service sales copy, improving existing content and sourcing suitable images to help customers make informed decisions.
Improving product and service pages, fixing broken links and troubleshooting marketing plug-ins to help customers find information and take the next step.
Updating business listings and social profiles, including Google Business Profile, with clear descriptions, accurate links and consistent pictures, branding and contact details.
Creating or refining individual social posts that explain your services, answer customer questions and share useful information in a voice that fits your business.
Reviewing social posts you already have scheduled, adjusting wording, timing and links. Full content creation and scheduling setups are available as separate add-ons.
Helping set up mailing lists and newsletter tools so your business can share useful updates and stay in touch with subscribers who want them.
Helping you request customer reviews, respond to feedback and display reviews clearly on your website so potential customers can learn from others’ experiences.
Your web hosting, website maintenance and marketing should work together. At WESH UK, one team coordinates all three.
When your website runs on our UK hosting platform, it has the resources it needs to perform and rank well, with room to grow.
Reliable hosting and managed backups provide the foundations for the work ahead, with the UK location as a ranking signal.
We manage updates, security, and caching to dramatically speed up your website and support positive search rankings.
Ongoing maintenance protects your investment and helps customers use your website without unnecessary frustration.
We investigate how customers search, assess your competition and agree what needs attention.
Then we improve your website, content and wider online presence, tracking progress and adjusting priorities as we go.
Your hosting and maintenance continue to support your website throughout your marketing plan.
£300
per month + VAT for marketing
Silver requires WESH UK website hosting and website maintenance.
Maintenance starts from £25 per month + VAT, bringing marketing and maintenance to £325 per month + VAT, plus hosting.
Already paying for WESH UK website maintenance? Your additional cost is just £300 per month + VAT for Silver. You won’t pay for maintenance twice.
We lead the research, recommend priorities and agree on the work with you.
Clear updates, timely approvals and sensible use of your allowance help us keep your marketing moving forward.
We keep you informed about the work we carry out through your secure support ticket. This keeps updates, approvals and conversations together and gives you a place to ask questions.
Stand-alone SEO reports are not included. Instead, we explain the work and findings in plain English, focusing on what they mean for your business.
Routine updates, approvals and brief questions about our work do not reduce your marketing allowance.
For more detailed discussions, Silver includes up to three hours of agreed strategy sessions per quarter within your nine-hour proactive allowance, from quarter two.
Additional discussions or advice may also use your available time or require a separate charge. We’ll agree how to proceed before that additional time is used.
Any changes you request to drafted content or completed work use your available time allowance.
If you have an additional request, we’ll explain how it fits alongside the agreed priorities. Where it needs more time than you have available, we’ll agree whether to defer the work, adjust priorities or arrange separately charged time before proceeding.
If important information or approval is missing, the work that depends on it pauses until you reply. Monitoring and routine upkeep continue using their separate three-hour quarterly allocation.
Unused proactive time carries forward and remains available until used. We may use it on other pressing priorities while we wait. Once we have the information needed, we’ll reprioritise the paused work and schedule it within your available allowance.

Silver suits established businesses with online shops, more involved websites or a backlog of content improvements. It’s useful when you need to reach customers beyond your immediate area but lack time or staff to manage the work.
It can also suit local businesses needing more support than Bronze provides. Your website’s workload and competition matter more than geography alone.
Large catalogues, extensive blogs or complex connections to CRM and newsletter platforms may require Gold or Platinum.
Silver marketing costs £300 per month + VAT, with a minimum commitment of 12 months. That’s £3,600 + VAT for a year of marketing, paid monthly.
WESH UK website maintenance is required at £25 per month + VAT, bringing the combined cost to £325 per month + VAT, plus separately charged WESH UK hosting.
If you already pay for our website maintenance, adding Silver costs an additional £300 per month + VAT. You won’t pay for maintenance twice.
Your first quarter’s twelve hours establish where your business stands and where your marketing needs attention.
We audit your wider online presence, research competitors, investigate relevant search terms and customer questions, and gather baseline statistics and ranking information.
This research helps us recommend priorities and agree where your allowance will be most useful. The first quarter is entirely research; proactive improvements begin from quarter two.
From quarter two, three hours are spread across each quarter for monthly audits, monitoring and fixes. The remaining nine hours cover agreed proactive work and any strategy sessions.
We group proactive work into a focused block to reduce interruptions and repeated preparation. Strategy sessions can use up to three of those nine hours per quarter. When no session is needed, all nine hours are available for practical work.
Yes. From quarter two, Silver includes up to three hours of agreed strategy sessions per quarter within its nine-hour proactive allowance.
We decide together whether that time is best spent discussing ideas and plans or carrying out practical work. Sessions use the same allowance as implementation; they are not additional hours or compulsory meetings.
Routine updates, approvals and brief questions about our work do not reduce your allowance.
We research the words and phrases potential customers use to find your products or services, then agree which are most relevant.
Silver includes tracking up to 50 search terms on desktop and 50 on mobile, or up to 100 on one device type, depending on your audience. Tracking the same phrase on both desktop and mobile counts towards each device’s allocation.
This helps us assess visibility and guide priorities. It doesn’t limit your website to appearing for those terms or guarantee particular rankings.
The nine service areas show examples of what your allowance can cover. They are not a checklist of tasks completed every quarter.
We recommend priorities and agree the work with you. Researching and writing new articles, improving product pages or resolving technical problems each takes a different amount of time, so we don’t promise a fixed number of posts or changes.
If a task needs more time than your allowance provides, we’ll explain the options before proceeding.
No. Silver provides a defined time allowance for research, monitoring and agreed marketing work. Nobody can guarantee particular rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries or sales.
We use the findings to guide priorities and review progress. Your starting point, competition, available content and the time needed to make changes all affect what can be achieved.
We provide updates through your secure support ticket, keeping the work, approvals and questions together. We explain findings and activity in plain English rather than supplying stand-alone technical SEO reports.
Routine updates, approvals and brief questions do not reduce your allowance. If a discussion needs substantial additional time, we’ll agree how to handle that with you beforehand.
Work that depends on your response pauses, while monitoring and routine upkeep continue. Unused proactive time carries forward and remains available until used.
We may use that time on other pressing priorities while we wait. Once you provide what’s needed, we’ll re-prioritise the paused work and schedule it within your available allowance.
Yes. Silver requires your website to be hosted and maintained by WESH UK. This allows us to coordinate server resources, website updates, security, performance and marketing work.
Maintenance starts from £25 per month + VAT, with hosting charged separately. If your website is currently managed elsewhere, we’ll discuss the move and confirm the combined cost before you sign up.
Hosting with us also means we manage your website’s backups twice-a-day and can restore an available clean copy if something goes wrong. This protects the time and money you’ve invested in your website and marketing, without relying on another provider’s backup arrangements.
Silver can cover creating or refining individual social posts and reviewing content you already have scheduled, within your agreed allowance.
A full social media content creation and scheduling setup is a separately quoted add-on. The Silver allowance does not include an ongoing, fully managed social publishing service.
Yes. We work with professional photographers who can quote for photography suited to your business.
Photography is quoted and billed separately by the photographer and is not included in your Silver plan. Sourcing suitable existing images for content is a separate task that can use your marketing allowance.
Yes. Silver can provide ongoing support for an established business whose marketing needs fit the available time.
There’s no requirement to move to a larger plan. If your website, workload or ambitions outgrow the allowance, we’ll explain the priorities and discuss whether more time would be worthwhile.
Silver runs for an initial 12-month term and automatically renews for a further 12 months unless cancelled.
To prevent renewal, you must give at least one calendar month’s notice before your renewal date. Monthly payments spread the cost of the annual commitment; they do not make the plan a rolling monthly service.
This ongoing commitment supports continuity of work and the annual investment in the specialist tools used to deliver your service.
