Your first quarter’s six hours establish where your business stands before we begin making improvements. We audit your wider online presence, research competitors and keywords, and gather baseline statistics and ranking information.

This helps us recommend priorities and agree where your limited allowance will be most useful. The first quarter is entirely research; proactive improvements begin from quarter two.

From quarter two, three hours are grouped into one focused block of proactive work each quarter. The other three hours are spread across the quarter for monitoring, monthly audit updates and technical fixes.

Grouping the proactive hours gives us time to tackle meaningful tasks with fewer interruptions and less repeated preparation.

The nine service areas only show examples of the types of work your allowance can cover. They are not a checklist of tasks completed every quarter.

We’ll recommend priorities and agree the work with you. A substantial article, technical fix or setup task may use a whole proactive work block, or even two! If something needs more time, we’ll explain the options before proceeding.

No. Bronze provides a defined time allowance for research, monitoring and agreed marketing work. Nobody can guarantee particular rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries or sales.

We use the findings to guide priorities and review progress. Your starting point, competition, available content and the time needed to make changes all affect what can be achieved.

We provide updates through your secure support ticket, keeping the work, approvals and questions together. We explain findings and activity in plain English rather than supplying stand-alone technical SEO reports.

Routine updates, approvals and brief questions do not reduce your allowance. If a discussion needs substantial additional time, we’ll agree how to handle that with you beforehand.

Work that depends on your response pauses, while monitoring and routine upkeep continue. Unused proactive time carries forward and remains available until used.

We may use that time on other pressing priorities while we wait. Once you provide what’s needed, we’ll re-prioritise the paused work and schedule it within your available allowance.

Yes. Bronze requires your website to be hosted and maintained by WESH UK. This allows us to coordinate server resources, website updates, security, performance and marketing work.

Maintenance starts from £25 per month + VAT, with hosting charged separately. If your website is currently managed elsewhere, we’ll discuss the move and confirm the combined cost before you sign up.

Hosting with us also means we manage your website’s backups twice-a-day and can restore an available clean copy if something goes wrong. This protects the time and money you’ve invested in your website and marketing, without relying on another provider’s backup arrangements.

Bronze can cover creating or refining individual social posts and reviewing content you already have scheduled, within your agreed allowance.

A full social media content creation and scheduling setup is a separately quoted add-on. The Bronze allowance does not include an ongoing, fully managed social publishing service.

Yes. We work with professional photographers who can quote for photography suited to your business.

Photography is quoted and billed separately by the photographer and is not included in your Bronze plan. Sourcing suitable existing images for content is a separate task that can use your marketing allowance.

Yes, provided your needs and expectations fit the time available. It can be a long-lasting fit for a small, appointment-based business with modest marketing needs.

For businesses with bigger ambitions, Bronze is intended as a starting point for the first year or two. If the work needed outgrows the allowance, we’ll explain why a larger plan would be more appropriate.

Bronze runs for an initial 12-month term and automatically renews for a further 12 months unless cancelled.

To prevent renewal, you must give at least one calendar month’s notice before your renewal date. Monthly payments spread the cost of the annual commitment; they do not make the plan a rolling monthly service.

This ongoing commitment supports continuity of work and the annual investment in the specialist tools used to deliver your service.
