Changes to billing cycles.
We have just made some changes to your web hosting renewals by changing our billing cycles. Our changes affect you and should be noted for future reference.
Monthly Web Hosting Renewals.
Our monthly web hosting renewals will now be due on the 1st day of each month. All web hosting invoices are also now sent 7 days in advance. Once your invoice is generated it is then due for payment and you will be expected to pay it. Card customers will be debited on the 1st as normal.
Annual Hosting Account Renewals.
Annual renewals are now due on the 1st day of the month that your account is due for renewal in. All invoices will be generated and sent out by email 7 days in advance and those that pay by BACS should be aware that payment needs to reach us on or before the 1st, not after.
3 major announcements were sent out on the 2nd of March 2006 notifying everybody. However it seems customers are either not reading these emails or did not receive them due to not updating their email addresses or not checking their email at all.
To check when your web hosting is due for renewal you can log into our billing account @ my.wesh.uk 24/7 to check when you signed up and when your account is due for renewal or you can open a support ticket for accounts and billing and we will happily tell you when your account is due for renewal.
If you do not wish to renew your account then you MUST tell us no later than 24hrs before renewal is due (1st of each month) so that we can prevent any invoices being generated and cancel your account.
Keeping your contact details updated and checking back with us regularly for news is crucial.
